I am finally getting around to playing SpellForce 2 that I got for Christmas.

This PC game is kind of different in that they try to integrate fantasy, party based RPG gaming with an RTS.

The controls are fairly intuitive, but the story is incredibly boring. Fortunately most of it can be skipped.
Side note, I am depending on Firefox for spell check now. I wonder how i copy a personalized database…

Cons:

Load times really suck

Pros:

Party control is good

On the PBS Science Pilots WIRED (why all the caps?) podcast around 22:20 there is a cool display of the cross-section of a plasma tv.

Having a place to do that, and get recomendations on top of that is great.

Now, if I just found some time to read all these books…

I’m thinking of getting some indor plants. They can help clean the air and are generally pretty cool. As an added benifit, the aloe plant can provide some pain relief! This is a pretty good looking guide to grow them: Growing Aloe Plants

Over the holiday weekend I finally got the tile down in the laundry room

The hallway is next. I thought 2 16″ tiles would cover it…

I was 3″ wrong. So A came up with a pretty good idea, make then diamonds.

Still working on this, it’s pretty tough to cut 16″ tiles diagonally.

Adrienne picked up a cat condo. Looks like it’s a hit!
